Delivery method
The service is delivered through a browser-based employer workspace and protected public candidate links. We do not ship a physical product. Customers need a supported browser, internet access, and an authorized Scoutlane account.

Scoutlane is delivered online—there is no physical shipping.
Scoutlane AI is a Jovren Labs software product. This page explains when workspace access, onboarding, and provider-backed features become available after an order or payment.
Delivery timing
For verified self-serve payments, the corresponding subscription is normally activated automatically after Razorpay confirms payment and the signed provider event is processed. Assisted or contract-based accounts are normally provisioned within one business day after payment and onboarding details are confirmed.
If payment succeeds but access is not available within one business day, contact support with the payment date and workspace email. Do not send payment credentials or one-time passwords.
Provider-gated features
Calendar connections, transactional email, AI processing, voice screening, storage, and similar integrations may require customer configuration, provider approval, usage limits, or a staged rollout. The core workspace can be delivered before every optional integration is enabled. Plan pages and order forms identify material provider dependencies.
Failed or delayed delivery
We investigate payment-to-access mismatches, duplicate provisioning, and provider outages. When we cannot provide a purchased service within a reasonable period, the cancellation and refund options in our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.
